Tinto Roa Roble – D.O. Ribera del Duero 2008 S$ 68
100% Tempranillo, Alcohol : 13.5%
Very intense cherry red with violet hues. Fresh fruit perfectly assembled with the wood. Fresh, agreeable, with light toasty notes.
Liarán D.O Bierzo 2007 S$ 68
85% Mencía & 15% Garnacha Tintorera, Alcohol : 13.5%
Cherry colour, with violet hints typical of a young wine, with a high upper layer and abundant legs. A bold nose that opens quickly, with an initial burst predominated by raspberry and cherry due to its fruitiness, with hints of strawberry sweets befitting its blend of wood and fruit. On the palate it is powerful and creamy with mature tannins, culminating in a rich finish.
Abadia la Arroyada – D.O. Ribera del Duero 2008 S$ 68
100% Tempranillo, Alcohol : 14%
Cherry red color, very clean, intense and brilliant. Rich in aromatic nuances, with hints of ripe grapes, healthy and fresh, and a simple but attractive floral bouquet. Balanced and strong in the mouth, tasty, with nerve, quality tannins and good acidity and freshness and generous ripe fruit character.
Tavera – Tempranillo & Syrah – Vino de la Tierra de Castilla 2008 S$ 68
55% Tempranillo & 45% Syrah, Alcohol : 14%
This wine has been crafted from a careful selection of Syrah and Tempranillo grapes. The blend of these two varieties allows us to enjoy a red wine of an intense maroon colour with complex aromas which combine fruity notes with a hint of wood. The palate is full and rich, yet still very elegant. After fermentation the wine is aged in a mix of American and Central European oak barrels to complete its maturation.
Tavera Antiguos Viñedos – Vino de la Tierra de Castilla 2008 S$ 68
100% Garnacha, Alcohol : 14.5%
Firm mouth-feel and good concentration. This is a serious wine, with medium-high body and good backbone. On the nose it reveals very complex aromas, in particular those typical of the Garnacha variety, making the wine taster recall the most typical autumn fruits, ripe red berries, dry leaves, and at the end of its journey through the mouth you find elegant hints of toffee and slight toasted nuances. Its acidity is well balanced by the structure and it is bright red with good depth of colour.
Cotoval – Vino de la Tierra de Castilla y León 2006 S$ 78
100% Tempranillo, Alcohol : 14%
Aged 6 months in oak barrels. Cherry, deep ruby red colour with bluish hues.
Complex and intense bouquet of strawberries, raspberries and berries. Oaky scent. A rounded and balanced taste. Fruit and spices dominate the aftertaste. Pleasant tannin. Soft and Delicate. Oaky tasting.
Abadía la Arroyada Roble – D.O. Ribera del Duero 2007 S$ 78
100% Tempranillo, Alcohol : 14%
It has a live cherry color with a purple background typical of its youth. Bright and slowly tears. The nose is intense and very ex-dominated aromas of red fruits and flowers on a balsamic background. In the mouth its freshness and its structure without fanfare because of its short time in oak. This wine shows live. Spacious, with silky tannins and where the fruit turns black and species.
Tinto Roa Crianza – D.O. Ribera del Duero 2007 S$ 78
100% Tempranillo, Alcohol : 13.5%
Cherry red with violet tones. Sweet, ripe fruit, harmoniously assembled with the pleasant aromas of the aging (balsamic, toasty, and aromatic).
Smooth, sweet and wide in the mouth with well-balanced tannins, good body and persistent in the finish.
Tavera – Carbonic Maceration – Vino de la Tierra de Castilla 2009 S$ 78
45% Tempranillo, 45% Syrah & 10% Garnacha, Alcohol : 13.5%
This wine was conceived and produced so that you can enjoy all the qualities of the recently harvested grapes. It is made by the carbonic maceration method, which makes it possible to enjoy a fruity wine, which brings back memories of ripe grapes and red berries, with a lovely, lively colour and a smooth, pleasant sensation in the mouth and after taste.
17-XI 2007 - D.O. MONTSANT S$ 78
35% Grenache, 35% Carignan & 100% `Ull de Llebre' (Tempranillo), Alcohol : 14% (Different varieties are separately fermented)
Maceration is long, at a temperature of 26º C, followed by the malo-lactic fermentation. Once this process is completed (the wine is aged in American oak casks for about 6 months). We then proceed with blending and the bottling, and continue with another 3 to 5 months of aging in bottles. (Dry red wine, with a complex bouquet mixing the aromas from both the grapes and the oak)
Torres, Atrium Merlot 2006 S$ 78

Generous and intense varietal aroma, with hints of mature fruits, including jams (plums and bilberries), overlaying truffle and bay leaf aromas. The palate is ample and generous, with excellent sweet tannins that open out to fruit-laden nuances reminiscent of the nose.

Intense dark color, very bright. Sweet and fragrant. Lots of red fruit, and spices appearing roasted, burnt caramel and subtle notes lactic. A "bull-charging", full body, mouth permeating Tempranillo. It is a gorgeous, approachable wine, with red and black fruit, perfect integration of the oak and acidity, and a velvety mouth feel.
Gine Gine Corcho 2007- D.O.Q. Priorat 2007 S$ 88

Tinto Roa Reserva – D.O. Ribera del Duero 2005 S$ 88
100% Tempranillo, Alcohol : 13.5%
This is a brilliant wine with a medium-to-height depth, which presents a ruby red colour. The wine offers an intense perfume of ripe fruit and jam, very well wrapped in a fine oak fragrance. It is full-bodied, with a soft, silky attack. The wine is very well balanced.

Intense, clean and very serious and intense dark red. Spices with shades as liquorices and vanilla mix with aromas of dry fruits, reminiscence of figs and the apricots. Power-full flavor, fruity, with much personality, is a guard wine.

Flavour with balsamic notes.
Casar de Burbia D.O Bierzo 2007 S$ 98
Stephen Tanzer’s : 90
Golden Spanish Wines Guide 2010 : gold 92
100% Mencía, Alcohol : 13.5%
This wine presents a brilliant and limpid red-purple colour, good depth and legs, indicating its glycerine content. Before swirling the wine in the glass, raspberry aromas can be appreciated; swirling the glass releases a burst of vanilla from American oak in perfect balance with the fruit. In the mouth it reveals itself as thick, tannic and delicious, with a slight acidic note, which, as well as lively and vivacious, predicts a long shelf life. Raspberry and strawberry dominate over the American oak induced vanilla. An intense, clean and direct wine, which opens from the onset in anticipation of the varietal’s full potential: primary aromas are accompanied by wood in the form of vanilla but not as the leading component.
Abadía la Arroyada Crianza – D.O. Ribera del Duero 2005 S$ 98
100% Tempranillo, Alcohol : 14%
A ruby colored wine with a big nose of fruit (blackberry and sour cherry), liquorice, and toasted oak. Lavishly smooth on the palate with berry fruit, vanilla, spice, cinnamon, and mint flavours. A tannic wine, with a very good acid balance and nuanced finish.
Empit – D.O.C. PRIORAT S$ 98
75% Garnacha, 15% Cabernet Saugvinon & 10% Cariñena, Alcohol : 14.5%
Deep cherry red. Ruby-red. Raspberry and cherry aromas are complicated by coffe, chocolate and vanillla. Sweet red and dark berry flavors possess liqueur-like depth but are lithe and incisive, with impressive mineral lift on the back end. Juicy, finely etched red fruits dominate the long, sappy finish. A smoky quality arrived with air, adding further dimension and depth.
Batalla 2005 S$ 98
Syrah, Granacha, Alcohol : 14%
Beautiful Spanish red wine with a perfect combination of fruit and tannins providing a good grip. I has a definite flirt the large Rhône style and hints of Barossa’s. Great company in roasted meats, oven baked fish and other meats in wine and port sauces.
Allozo Gran Reserva 2002 S$ 98
Tempranillo, Alcohol : 13.5%
Dark red cherry colour, well covered, brilliant and very bright. Big aromas of intensity and complexity with elegant spiced overtones of well-ripened black fruits. In the mouth it shows excellent balance with good acidity, tasty, meaty and full of aromatic hues with elegance and a powerful end.
Torres, Celeste 2006 S$ 98
Tempranillo, Alcohol : 14.5%
Intense blackberry colour. Spicy and intense nose, with liquorice and black pepper hints on a base of well ripened fruits (blackberry and cherry). On the palate, very fruity at first with ripened tannins, also persistent and full bodied.
Musai de Tinto Roa – D.O. Ribera del Duero 2006 S$ 108
100% Tempranillo, Alcohol : 14%
Deep cherry red. Complex nose, with notes of fruit preserve dominating, accompanied by spicy and dark-roasted aromas from the oak. A full and expressive wine with a gentle assault which quickly envelopes the palate, delicious and well-balanced
Hombros D.O Bierzo 2006 S$ 108
PEÑÍN : 93, Golden Spanish Wines Guide 2010 : gold 93
100% Mencía, Alcohol : 13.5%
This wine boasts a vivacious, quite extraordinary colour; the combination of violet highlights and brilliant hue indicate that ‘Hombros’ has the right level of acidity needed to age with elegance. The nose displays very fine ageing notes of vanilla, coconut, cooking chocolate, and pipe tobacco, accompanied by plenty of fruit compote, all reaching a perfect balance. Very full in the mouth, succulent, no rough edges, and elegant tannins.
BUIL 2005 - D.O.TORO S$ 118
Tempranillo, Alcohol : 14.5%.
(Long pre-fermentative maceration at low temperatures) followed by controlled alcoholic fermentation at 28º C. (Once fermentation is completed, the wine is aged in new French oak barrels and allowed to rest). Malo-lactic fermentation in barrel. (Highly concentrated dry red wine, notable fruit flavors, full of wood and spicy overtones. In the mouth it is muscular with mature, polished tannins which gives a long finish).
Tebaida D.O Bierzo 2007 S$ 118 S$ 118
Robert Parker : 91+ , PEÑÍN : 92
100% Mencía, Alcohol : 13.5%
Brilliant red purple hue, good depth with plenty of glycerine legs due to its strenth. Exhilarating aromas of blackcurrant preserves and caramelized plums are enhanced by Asian spices and floral notes of violets. Concentrated and manageable with intense flavours of blackberries and cassis fruits, smooth tannis and a final touch of vanilla and cola. It manages to be deep and succulent while remaining energetic and clean, and finishes with notable sweetness and length. This is a very seductive wine, which is delicious now but is designed to age. Perfect with meat, roasts, game and stews
Joan Gine 2006 - D.O.Q. Priorat S$ 118
Red Grenache, Carignan and Cabernet Sauvignon, Alcohol : 14%
(Different varieties are separately fermented). Maceration is long (24 days aprox.), at a temperature of 26º C to 28ºC, followed by the malo-lactic fermentation. Once this process is completed we proceed with the blending and the bottling. (Dry red wine, with the ripe grape bouquet typical of the Priorat Grenache and Carignan varieties).

Luberrri Seis Carbonic Maceration 2007 S$ 128
Tempranillo, Alcohol : 13.5%
This is one of the first Carbonic Maceration wines aged in oak. It is a mod-
ern styled dark ruby/purple-tinged wine with 6 months in oak, offering big, refreshing, sweet, tarry fruit with hints of cedar wood, licorice and herbs.
VIÑA SANCHA Rosado 2007 S$ 128
100% Tempranillo, Alcohol : 13.5%
Harvest in the middle of October, pick by hand and selected in bodega. Maceration with peels for two hours’ and 134 days in stainless still at 7.5ºC Dressed with hint of raspberry giving a very original color. Primary aroma of powerful fruits. Fine structure and pleasurable in the palate. Ideal with grills and braised meats and vegetables.
Acustic 2008 S$ 138
55% Samso and 45% Garnacha, Alcohol : 14%
A notable value composed of aged for 10 months in French oak. Dark ruby/purple, it exhibits a fragrant bouquet of cedar, spice box, mineral, and black cherry. This leads to a smooth-textured, elegant, sweetly-fruited wine already revealing considerable complexity. There is some silky tannin lurking in the background which will allow this tasty effort to drink well through 2020.
Teofilo Reyes Crianza 2006 S$ 158
Tempranillo, Albillo, Alcohol : 14.5%
Intense and concentrated flavours of coffee, leather and jammy fruits. Impressively long finish. Aged 18 months in French & American oaks. Ideal with roast lamb, strong cheese and game.
Abbatia – D.O. Ribera del Duero 2004 S$ 168
100% Tempranillo, Alcohol : 14.5%
Pillory color. Nose is a wine dominated by very intense balsamic notes and aromatic woods. Also are the species, the black fruit on mature and jam, coffee, tea and cocoa with a touch of minerals. In mouth it is very powerful, very well balanced and very tasty. By retronasal reappearance of spices, black fruit and aromatic wood. Going through the mouth and is velvety with a good integration between fruit and wood to maintain a final warm feeling.
Tebaida Nº5 D.O Bierzo 2007 S$ 288
Robert Parker : 93
100% Mencía, Alcohol : 14%
A brilliant and limpid red with an intense wild cherry colour boasting purplish highlights. Abundant fast-flowing vibrant legs, indicating a long shelf life. Clean aromas with good intensity. Ageing notes of exceptional new wood – with hints of coconut and vanilla – combined perfectly with all types of ripe black berries (blackcurrant, blackberry) and stone fruit (plum), which increase in intensity. This is soon followed by mineral and balsamic tones, which appear in anticipation of a rich elegance. Agreeable initial impact in the mouth. Unctuous with moderate acidity, good volume and a heavy presence of fruit. Noble, full-bodied, and very well balanced tannins, despite its youth. A whirlwind of fruit sensations return in retro-olfaction, while pleasant mineral and balsamic hints give way to a long and elegant finish.

This wine is intensely aromatic and full-bodied, with a profusion of flowery notes over a fruity background (very ripe peaches) and a hint of fennel.
